Certo
FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Certo?

A Danish platform for property developers. From a single address it collects the desktop check from the public registers and underwrites the deal: the maximum land price, land-price headroom, IRR, MOIC and equity, under Danish rules.

How is Certo different from Resights and other data platforms?

Data platforms help you find and vet a property. Certo takes over where they stop and models the project economics: what the land can cost and whether the deal holds. The data layer is well served in Denmark; the decision layer is what Certo owns.

Where does the data come from?

From the public registers: DAWA, the cadastre, BBR, Plandata.dk, the soil database (DKjord), Statistics Denmark (sale prices by region) and GeoDanmark (aerial photos). The Nationalbank's rate is shown for reference, and invoice scanning looks the supplier up in CVR. Register figures carry their source, and you can always override them. Owner, Land Register and property valuation are not connected yet.

What does Certo cost?

Certo is priced around your setup and team. Book a demo and we'll find the right price together, no obligation.

Can the assistant change my numbers on its own?

Only when you confirm it with a tap, and only on deals you are allowed to edit. The built-in AI assistant can propose changes and run scenarios, but acts only when you say yes.

Who owns and runs Certo?

Certo is built and run by Stig Sörnsen through his Danish company Uno Arch (CVR 34260478).

Can I try it on my own deal?

Yes. Book a demo and we build a live deal up from the address in front of you, to a number you could take to an investor.
