These terms apply when you use Certo, both this website and the Certo platform. By using Certo you accept them. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs where it says otherwise.
Certo is a tool, not advice
Certo helps you calculate and screen property deals from your own inputs and public data. Its numbers are estimates and projections, not financial, investment, tax, legal or valuation advice, and not a recommendation to bid, buy, sell or invest.
You decide, and you carry the responsibility
Every decision is yours: what you bid, buy, sell, build or raise capital for. You are responsible for checking the numbers and the assumptions behind them. We are not responsible for any deal, loss or outcome that follows from using Certo or relying on what it shows.
Access and use
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use Certo in your own property-development work. Your access is tied to your user; do not share your login or let others use your account. Use Certo lawfully and as intended, and do not break, overload, scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend access that misuses the service.
Data from registers and third parties
Certo pulls information from public registers (including DAWA, BBR, Plandata, DKjord and Statistics Denmark) and other sources. We pass it on as we receive it and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or up to date. Always check against the original source. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data.
Ownership and content
Certo, including the platform, code, design, text and marks, belongs to Uno Arch or is used with permission. You get only the right to use Certo as described here. You may not copy, rent, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative products. The calculations and material you create in Certo from your own data are yours.
Text and data mining, and AI
We expressly reserve our rights against text and data mining under applicable copyright law. You may not scrape, copy or use content from Certo to train or feed AI models, or for automated analysis, without our written permission.
As is, no warranty
We work to keep Certo correct and available, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Our liability is limited
To the extent the law allows, Certo and Uno Arch are not liable for any loss, including lost profit, a bad deal, or indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Certo, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its numbers. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Certo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Certo evolves. The date at the top shows when they last changed; if you keep using Certo, you accept the current version.
Governing law
Danish law governs these terms, and Danish courts have jurisdiction. Certo is operated by Uno Arch (CVR 34260478).
